The Sadakpur Education Development Forum proudly organizes an annual reception to honor meritorious students and distinguished intellectuals of the community. This special event aims to recognize academic excellence, inspire young learners, and celebrate individuals who contribute to the advancement of education. During the program, outstanding students and respected intellectuals are formally felicitated for their remarkable achievements and valuable contributions. In addition, the Forum provides educational materials to underprivileged yet talented students, helping them continue their educational journey with encouragement and support. All meritorious students of Sadakpur, along with their respected guardians, are warmly invited to attend this meaningful event and be part of a celebration that promotes knowledge, inspiration, and community development.
The Dream Path of Higher Education
“The Dream Path of Higher Education” is an annual program organized by the Sadakpur Education Development Forum with the aim of guiding students toward a successful academic and professional future. The program is designed to inspire and motivate students by providing them with valuable information about higher education opportunities, career planning, and personal development. Through interactive sessions, discussions, and guidance from experienced educators and professionals, students gain a clearer understanding of different academic pathways, scholarship opportunities, and career prospects. The program also encourages students to set clear goals, build confidence, and develop the skills necessary to achieve their ambitions. Scholarship Program for Meritorious Students
Every year in December, the Sadakpur Education Development Forum organizes scholarship examinations to identify and support talented and meritorious students. Annual book review, drawing, and creative writing competitions
The Sadakpur Education Development Forum Library organizes annual book review, drawing, and creative writing competitions to encourage students and young learners to develop their knowledge, creativity, and communication skills. Participants are given opportunities to showcase their talents, express their ideas, and develop a greater interest in reading and creative activities. Outstanding participants are recognized and awarded prizes for their achievements, motivating them to continue pursuing learning and creativity. Contribution of Sadakpur Education Development Forum in Natural Disasters
The Sadakpur Education Development Forum has demonstrated a strong commitment to social responsibility by standing beside communities during natural disasters. During the devastating floods of 2024, the forum played a significant humanitarian role by supporting the affected people. It actively provided emergency shelter, distributed food supplies, and arranged free medical services for flood victims. Through these initiatives, the Sadakpur Education Development Forum helped reduce the suffering of many families and showed solidarity with the community in a time of crisis. Its timely support reflects the organization’s dedication not only to education but also to the welfare and resilience of society.
Tree Planting Program
Every year Sadakpur Development Forum organizes tree planting programs with students at various educational institutions. Sadakpur Education Development Forum (SEDF) organizes an annual Tree Plantation Program to enrich the local environment and engage the community. Launched in recent years, this yearly event mobilizes students, teachers, community members, and local leaders each monsoon season (typically June–July) to plant hundreds of saplings in schools, home gardens, and common areas. By combining environmental action with education, the program enhances green cover while teaching youth conservation values. Key outputs include the number of trees planted (e.g. ~1,000 saplings/year), volunteer participation, and area reforested. Over time, the initiative aims to improve air quality, reduce flooding, sequester carbon, and foster community stewardship of natural resources.
